Matthew Minor, Chief General Counsel and VP of Staffing

Matthew Minor is BlueStar’s Chief General Counsel and head of the Legal Staffing Division. Mr. Minor’s extensive case management experience and proven ability to assemble and administer review teams has made BlueStar’s Attorney Review service the tremendous success it is today. His thorough understanding of eDiscovery, litigation management and related software products are fundamental to delivering efficient and accessible document reviews for client productions.

Mr. Minor has been practicing for fifteen years—ten of which have been dedicated to large-scale electronic litigation consultation and project management. He gained valuable experience in the law firm setting, with three years each as an attorney with Sidley Austin and Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal. He also has four years experience as an independent litigation consultant, managing document review teams for various firms including Kirkland & Ellis, Skadden Arps Slate Meagher & Flom, and Sidley Austin (prior to joining the firm).

Mr. Minor earned the degree of Juris Doctorate from The John Marshall Law School and has a B.A. in History from Bowling Green State University
